If you are experiencing a problem with the Tempus system or have a question on its use, please contact us. We will log the issue in our Helpdesk system at which point you will receive an email confirmation. As we investigate the cause of the issue and rectify it, we will keep you informed of progress.

If an error message has been displayed, please try to include this in your email. Providing as much information as possible on a fault will help us to resolve your issues more quickly. We endeavour to respond to all requests within one business hour.
